L1 Process Owner, Kiilto

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced L1 PROCESS OWNER for Kiilto’s team in Finland.
This is a new role, and you will be responsible for managing and developing core business processes within the Process Leadership scope. You are leading process development, ensuring process compliance, and owning process-related systems (IT). The target is to harmonize processes across the entire Kiilto Group, which strongly involves system standardization. Your main task will be managing and driving change across different business areas. As a Data Owner you will play a key and significant role in planning, executing, and implementing these changes. You will have a skilled team around you from various units (S&OP and Pl2P), along with the support of management and you’ll report to Process Leader (CIO). The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background and understanding of production and supply chain management and manufacturing production processes. Understanding of sales and operations is a benefit. You may have previously worked as an ERP owner and led a system renewal project to completion.
Your main responsibilities in this position will be:
- Lead process development and ensure compliance with established guidelines and standards
- Manage the development of core business processes globally within the Process Leadership scope and mandate
- Take ownership of data quality and strategic data management with a business-driven approach
- Own and oversee process-related systems (IT) to ensure alignment with IT guidelines, priorities, and resourcing
- Monitor and report on process KPIs to drive continual improvement
- Collaborate with Business Area Process Owners, IT & Data Process Area Leads, and other stakeholders to support process development initiatives
- Participate in governance forums to prioritize and approve development initiatives

- Proven experience in process management and development
- Strong understanding of process architecture and governance models
- Strong understanding of data protection, information security requirements, and access control
- Experience with IT systems and data management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good spoken and written English language skills
- Readiness to travel occasionally both in Finland and abroad
- A relevant higher education degree is required
As a person, you are diplomatic, possess strong negotiation skills, and can effectively sell ideas and new ways of working. You have demonstrated capabilities in managing and implementing change within an organization. Previous working in an international environment and understanding different cultures will be beneficial in this role.
